Medical Clinic – Sarasota, FL

Taking advantage of the large range of Swisspearl® colors, the ADP Group designed a new medical clinic with a very Floridian color palette.  The aqua fiber cement panels and white glass building work perfectly in Sarasota.

Weill Cornell Medical – New York, NY

A new building has been added to the historic Weill Cornell Medical compound on the East Side of Manhattan.  Ballinger of Philadelphia incorporated Swisspearl® panels into this multi-story building that adds to the New York City skyline.

Zucker Hillside – Glen Oaks, NY

Ennead Architects of New York designed multiple buildings for the Zucker Hillside Hospital and North Shore LIJ Health complex in Glen Oaks, NY.  Using long white slate, Swisspearl® panels created a lap siding wall.

Via Verde – Bronx, NY

Via Verde represents a new model for affordable, green and healthy urban living. In 2006, Grimshaw, the designers of Via Verde, won the first juried design competition for affordable housing in New York City.

888 Seventh Street – San Francisco, CA

David Baker & Associates used Cem5 shingles to create an inspiring facade for 888 Seventh Street Condominiums.  Using three different red colored 1 x 2 foot shingles, the design has created an elegant fish scale pattern.

Capital Square Hyatt Place – Washington, DC

Washington DC has a new building added to the NOMA skyline with Cooper Carry’s new design for Capital Square Hyatt Place.  The iconic building features a variety of red and grey panels with 15,000 square feet of Cem5 cement composite.

Market at O Street – Washington, DC

The Market at O Street in Washington, DC was designed by Shalom Baranes Associates.  An exposed rivet system (F2.10) was incorporated into the design of this fiber cement façade.  The new rainscreen building is a local favorite.

Avant Chelsea – New York, NY

1100 Architects’ first New York City building is the cutting edge Avant Chelsea. Swisspearl® is known for its large range of colors and ability to create innovative design patterns. Avant Chelsea does not disappoint.

L Haus – Long Island City, NY

Cetra Ruddy of New York City has created a stunning new building in Long Island City called “L Haus.”  This multi-story residential complex used multiple Swisspearl® panels, colors and sizes to create an innovative façade.

Private Residence – Vail, CO

For this private residence in the Colorado Rockies, Cem5 fibercement panels were selected to complement a variety of exterior finishes.

Alice Tully Hall Lincoln Center – New York, NY

One of the most expansive and ambitious renovation projects in Manhattan was complete with a Cem5 engineered fiber cement rainscreen solution from Cladding Corp.

ISU Cyclone Sports Complex – Ames, IA

RDG Planning & Design – Des Moines incorporated Cem5 panels in the new ISU Cyclone Sports Complex.  The grey fiber cement panels were used in conjunction with red brick walls.

FDNY Rescue #3 – Bronx, NY

Swisspearl® cement composite panels have been incorporated into the exterior and interior of the FDNY Rescue #3 firehouse.  Over 10,000 square feet of panels were used.  Ennead Architects is the designer of this award winning building.

Queens Glen Oaks Library – Glen Oaks, NY

Marble Fairbanks designed the Queens Glen Oaks Library using Swisspearl® panels.  Glass and cement composite panels create a building that offers contemporary design.
